Studio apartments at Posada de Rosas Posada de Rosas inn has five rooms with private bath— three studios alongside the pool and garden and two rooms inside the main house.

Guests also may enjoy the garden, terrace with Argentine barbeque, and comfortable common areas in the main house.

Mendoza Wine Country Real Estate Investing: Eight days

Combine business with pleasure. Hear objective presentations on the local real estate scene and learn from experts and expat property owners about the pleasures and pitfalls of real estate investing in "the land of sun and good wine. " The workshop will cover issues related to investing in a second home, a vineyard or a vacation or rental apartment. Immerse yourself in the local culture with winery visits, wine tastings, gourmet food experiences and a memorable day in the Andes mountains.

Seven days and seven nights

What better place to contemplate your future than the capital of Argentina's wine country, at the base of the snow-capped Andes? This workshop combines the business of planning for your retirement with the pleasures of fine wine, food, a vibrant artistic and cultural scene and spectacular mountain scenery in the eighth "Great Wine Capital of the World." Retirement planning sessions will be led by Ellen Hoffman, author of two retirement books and a long-time columnist and reporter on retirement and personal finance issues.

Lodging Details

 

The pool at Posada de Rosas--let's jump in now! Alongside the garden and pool,  a few steps from the main house, are three studios. Each has a private bath finished in the local travertine marble. Beds are top-line King Koil models, two meters long, and they can be set up either as two twins or a queen. Studios have their own air conditioning and heating systems, cable TV, WiFi, and telephone. They also have a sink and a small refrigerator. Additional amenities for the kitchenette may be requested from the desk.
