Please e-mail us immediately about your intention to join a scheduled tour as outlined in the sample itinerary.

Once we receive the e-mail, we'll hold your place without charge for 10 days.

Then download these forms and fill them out (using all capital letters please).

Each person in the tour party must complete and sign the forms and send them, along with the required deposits (see page 2 of the forms), via U.S. Mail to:

Note: Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive all completed forms along with the deposit that is quoted for each person in your party.

Deposits can be made by check, made out to Amazing Mendoza Tours LLC or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) using the authorization form that is included with the others above.
